I agree that if I have a medical condition, or suspect I may have a medical condition, either physical or mental, I will seek appropriate medical care from a trained medical professional.

I understand that no promises or guarantees are offered as to the applicability of the educational material to my unique situation.

I understand that no professional relationship is created between me and Neil Shearing, Ph.D, his staff or the company, Scamfree Limited.

I understand that the course information may not be suitable for some people, including but not limited to those with diagnosed or undiagnosed Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, cPTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder or anyone suffering from dissociation or psychosis in any context. If I am in any doubt as to the suitability of the course to my situation, I will get approval from a medical professional before taking it, and certify that I have done so.

I accept that if I apply any ideas or concepts from the course to my life, I take full responsibility for my actions.

I agree that any comments I may make about the course directly to Neil Shearing, his staff or company, or post publicly online, may be used in marketing materials published by Neil Shearing, his staff or company in perpetuity without compensation of any kind.

I agree that by purchasing a course my email address may be added to the "customer" email list for the course, and I may receive further marketing emails from Neil Shearing, his staff or company.

I recognise that all materials within the course are copyright Neil Shearing and that all rights are reserved with respect of that copyright.

I agree not to share my login details (username and password) with anyone, and as the person who agrees to these terms, I am the only person who will log in under my account. I agree that by making a purchase, it is for my personal, private use. I understand that my account may be terminated at the sole discretion of Neil Shearing, his staff or company if any suspicion of login credential sharing has taken place.

I agree that the law governing this agreement shall be that of England and Wales.
