How We Work Together

In Week 1, we assess where you are and design your personalized 12-week roadmap.

You choose which Epicentering course to start with based on what's most urgent for you right now:

  • If lack of sleep is destroying you → start with Sleep
  • If Exercise is your strength → leverage that first
  • If you're drowning in rumination → start with Thoughts

Each week:

  • You work through one course (2-4 hours, at your own pace throughout the week)
  • Practice the daily tools from that course (10-15 min/day)
  • We meet to troubleshoot, adjust, and integrate
  • We decide together which course is next

This isn't a rigid curriculum. This is structured flexibility: you have agency in your path, but I provide the map and accountability.

Mental & Emotional:

  • Thoughts: Breaking rumination loops, cognitive flexibility, thought-emotion separation
  • Feelings: Processing stored trauma safely, emotional capacity, affect tolerance
  • Beliefs: Core beliefs that keep you stuck, identity reconstruction, rewriting narratives
  • Mindfulness: Presence practices, grounding techniques, non-reactivity

In our first session, we map which order makes sense for YOU.

Time Commitment

To get the full benefit of this program, plan for:

  • 1 hour/week: Live session with me
  • 2-4 hours/week: Course work (video lessons, worksheets, journal prompts)
  • 10-15 min/day: Daily regulation practices from your current course

Total: 4-6 hours/week for 12 weeks

Common Questions

How is this different from therapy?

Therapy typically focuses on processing the past and managing symptoms. This program focuses on retraining your nervous system, rebuilding identity, and creating sustainable daily practices. Many clients do this alongside therapy.

Do I need to have tried therapy first?

No. Some clients come after years of therapy; others are self-helpers who've avoided therapy. What matters is that you're ready for structured, daily work.

What if I can't afford £3,000-£4,000 right now?

I understand financial concerns and want to help. If cost is a barrier, start with the free "7-Day Sleep Reset" or the "Mind-Body Stress Course". These are stepping stones toward deeper work when you're ready.

What if I live outside the UK?

All sessions are via Zoom. I work with clients globally.

What if I don't finish the 12 weeks?

The program works best when completed fully. However, life happens. If you need to pause, we can discuss options on a case-by-case basis.

Can I pay in installments?

Not at this time. Payment is due in full at the start of the program.

What's your cancellation policy?

Once you begin, there are no refunds. However, you keep lifetime access to all Epicentering courses regardless of whether you complete the 12 weeks.
