After completing my Ph.D. in cancer research and building a successful online business, I experienced severe burnout and depression. Five years of intensive therapy and recovery taught me what genuinely works for mental health, and what doesn't.
I now deliver workplace training that combines scientific rigour with authentic lived experience.
