Depression: Stop Doing These Three Things!💙
Jul 09, 2024When you're depressed, a lot of people will give you a lot of helpful advice as to things you can add to your life to maybe make you feel better. So just going out and exercising, going out and socializing, going out on a walk or a hike, things like that. 💙
But those are extra things added to your life and it's really difficult to do that when you don't have a lot of energy because of depression. What you don't hear so much about is cutting back on negatives that may be part of your life. 💙
So it may be something to look at if you don't feel you can add positive things. I'm talking about taking stress off of your body by maybe smoking less, drinking less, or eating less junk food. Things like that will take stress off of your body and hopefully make you feel a bit better, start your recovery journey, and then you'll be able to add more of the positives into your lives. 💙
So it's just something to potentially consider. 💙
